Align the Team (Principle)

Very few people come to work with the intention of doing a bad job or doing the wrong thing. People want to be personally successful, and they want to be on a winning team. Unfortunately, many people operate in a vacuum of leadership. They have little idea how what they do on a daily basis affects the big picture of the company.

The principles on this list go a long way towards getting people operating on the same page. Other leadership and communication tools such as policy deployment, daily management, and A3 reports also help turn this principle into reality.
