• Sample video: These short videos demonstrate the training to you in order to help you make an informed decision and find out why our Lean training stands apart.
• Video shorts: These are short, single-topic videos used throughout our website. They often come from a larger Lean training package.
• Single-viewer video: This Lean training video is formatted for a single user to watch on a computer.
• Online Videos: We’ve recorded one of our trainers presenting the information in a format that you can present to your team.
• Slideshows: This format allows a trainer to present slides, but without the ability to edit. It is a good choice for smaller companies that need a quick, inexpensive solution.
• Lean training on PowerPoint: The purchase receives an unlocked, editable version of the PowerPoint slides that they can modify to suit their training needs for in-house use.
• Consulting Licenses: Lean professionals want to spend their time meeting customer needs, not developing Lean training. Our consulting licenses let you use our training in your practice. You may modify the slides to match your style, but the slides may not be re-sold.
