You’ve Previously Signed Up, but Didn’t Get the Latest Content You Requested

We’ve been around a while. If you signed up with us in the past, you will not get another confirmation email. You should just get your content email.

If you do not get your content message but think you had signed up in the past, please click here.

If you are not sure if you had previously subscribed or requested content…

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Add us to your white list and try requesting your download or subscribing again. The confirmation message will come from 364415@mcssl.com, but will show up in the sender info as “364415@mcssl.com on behalf of Velaction Continuous Improvement LLC <info@velaction.com>”. The content message will come from “364415@bizmailtoday.com on behalf of *Jeff Hajek* at Velaction <Info@Velaction.com>” or “364415@priorityoneemail.com on behalf of *Jeff Hajek* at Velaction <Info@Velaction.com>”.
  3. Please reconsider using free email services (Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc.). These services are often used as ‘throwaway’ accounts, and so block messages more aggressively than other systems. If you choose to use one of these services, please be patient. It can take some time (up to a half hour or more) to arrive.
  4. Sometimes the trouble is on our end. Our service boasts a 99%+ delivery rate, but with our large number of subscribers, many of you will fall into that last percent. If you’ve waited a bit and the message still hasn’t arrived, you can try subscribing again. You will probably not receive a new confirmation message, as that is only required once per account.
  5. If all else fails, please contact us. Our email address is customerservice@velaction.com. Unless we hear otherwise, we will assume the email address you used to sign up is the one you are using to contact us.
